Konrad Dabrowski
CFO
Certified public accountant (CPA) and an expert in financial regulation in both the US and internationally. During his tenure with Deloitte, the top public accounting firm in the world, he managed audits of a variety of technology companies. Konrad was also a Global Accounting Manager with RBI (parent company of Burger King Worldwide) overseeing Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has extensive experience in financial reporting in US GAAP, IFRS, as well as internal control environment and SEC reporting standards. Konrad’s previous exposure to zero-based budgeting, forecasting, and budget-to-actual reconciliation underlies his significant project management skills.

Max Inglis
General Counsel
Max Inglis has extensive legal and commercial experience. His career began in legal private practice at the pre-eminent law firms of Linklaters and then Clifford Chance where he worked on multi-billion pound transactions for private equity firms, financial institutions and FTSE 100 companies. Secondments to Europe and the Middle East provided opportunities to further develop his knowledge as well as business and transaction skills. In 2011 Max founded his own professional services firm acting as an advisor to investment firms and banks on a variety of deals. Max has been awarded an MBA from the University of Oxford with Distinction, a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southampton and a Diplôme from the Université de Grenoble. He attended the College of Law, London where he gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Law with Commendation and a Distinction on the Legal Practice Course.

Mr. Souchon is a business and brand/marketing executive with a 20 year track record in taking businesses focused on snacks (Pringles®), health related products and office supplies to breakthrough financial and market success in the CPG and retail industry. Eduardo has significant end-to-end experience in brand building, innovation, and strategy with Procter and Gamble and Office Depot.
Steve McCready
Mr. McCready has 18 years of innovation-focused product development experience across multiple product categories, with expertise in process development, scale-up, and commercialization. Recently Steve served as director product development at Albertsons Companies Inc., a leading supermarket company in the U.S. with more than $60b in sales and 2,300 locations. Previously, Steve held positions as a research scientist at White Wave and ConAgra Foods and was a product development project leader at Nestle Ice Cream Company.
